Victory Cheese is a movement to sustain America’s artisan cheesemakers by uniting dairy farmers, cheesemakers, chefs, and YOU, the cheese loving public during the COVID-19 crisis and beyond.

Our 826NYC Box features three delectable artisan cheeses, plus a copy of Food Defenders, a collection of essays written by NYC schoolchildren in 826NYC's writing programs.

10% of the profits from sales of our 826NYC Box will go to 826NYC, a Brooklyn-based non-profit empowering students with reading and writing skills to write their own paths forward, undefined by circumstance. 826NYC supports new and exciting approaches to writing and inspires student engagement, fostering generations of creative writers and thinkers, who together will define a better future.

Reading Raclette - Pun definitely intended! Reading Raclette is one of our go-to snacking and cooking cheeses, and makes one of the world's best grilled cheese sandwiches. The paste is semi-firm, buttery, fruity, and mellow with a pleasant kick of saltiness.

Shelburne Farms 1 Year Cheddar - Shelburne Farms is one of Vermont’s most beautiful farm estates. Built in the mid-1800’s by a descendant of the Vanderbilt family, it is home today to a sustainable agriculture education center and cheese making operation. Shelburne Cheddar is made from the raw milk of their herd of gorgeous Brown Swiss cows, and aged for different amounts of time according to how the cheesemaker grades each batch. The one year cheddar is sharp and bright with slight notes of fruit and green onion.

1841 Havarti - This cheese gets its name from the year that Highland Farm (now home to Calkins Creamery) was established in Wayne County, Pennsylvania. This milky, creamy cheese is light and mild with a semi-firm texture and just a touch of tang. It is perfect for sandwiches, super kid friendly, and udderly delicious!

Please note that if any product(s) are out of stock we will substitute with something similar and equally delicious!
