COVID-19 Update #2: Order Fulfillment is Paused

Dear Superheroes,
Last month we announced that we would continue to supply superheroes via our online store while our physical location was closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, the New York State government has issued orders that prohibit non-essential businesses from any in-office work, which includes our fulfillment of online orders. This executive order (“New York State on PAUSE”) has now been extended through April 29, 2020.
Any orders placed this month will be fulfilled as soon as we safely can under the law. If you placed an order in March that has not been shipped, you can request a refund or wait until such a date.
In the meantime, we will soon be offering many of our 826NYC student publications digitally for the first time, starting with Maybe In 10 Years, our latest collection of stories, poems, and essays by students in 826NYC’s After School Tutoring & Writing program.
