Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If an order is time-sensitive, please contact us to see if faster processing is possible.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Brooklyn Superhero Supply Co. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up the following weekend. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our standard in-store pickup hours are 12pm-5pm Saturday and Sunday. Weekday pick-up may be possible if staff is available, please contact us if that is your desire. Have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Brooklyn Superhero Supply Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bssco@826nyc.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Because of the nature of our business and our merchandise, we don't accept returns on online orders. We are happy to answer questions before you order.

If an item is damaged in transit, we will ship out a replacement. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Chris Eckert within a week of receiving the item with a photo of the damaged item(s). You do not need to return the damaged product.
