Hope Is A Lion
This book is a collection of stories, poems, and essays by students in 826NYC's virtual programs. Young writers from ages 6-18 created pieces detailing neighborhoods of the future, a meatball named Pasta, the life of a piano, and how to get through a pandemic by pretending you're not in quarantine. Hope Is A Lion is the perfect antidote to any ailment, written by creative and curious young authors.
Proceeds from the sale of this book benefit 826NYC, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting students, ages six to eighteen, with their creative and expository writing skills, and to helping teachers inspire their students to write.
